Deanna Crull celebrates 25 years of legal experience and 7 years of judicial experience this year. Her vast knowledge of the law spans jurisdictions, counties, and tribes.

I have spent my nearly 25-year legal career in the courtroom. I have worn many hats and litigated cases in various courts throughout Washington State. From serving as a prosecutor, to handling criminal defense work (public and private), and owning my own firm, I have spent almost three decades working to uphold the law.
Over the last seven years, I have also served in judicial capacities, giving me direct experience with the responsibilities of the bench. I have had the honor of serving as a Court Commissioner and Pro Tem Judge in Airway Heights Municipal Court, Spokane County District Court, and Spokane Superior Court, and as an Appellate Justice and Supreme Court Justice in multiple tribal courts. My varied judicial experience has not only equipped me to make difficult legal decisions, but also to smoothly run the administrative side of the court.
This combination of experience gives me a practical understanding of both sides of the courtroom and the responsibilities of a judge.
People from across Spokane County and across the political spectrum know me to be highly ethical, dependable, and generous with my time. The long list of people who have endorsed my campaign are confident in my ability to serve fairly and independently.
By taking every opportunity to learn and by continuing to challenge myself with new experiences, I am prepared serve the Spokane community as a Judge. It is not a decision I have made lightly. The role of a judge is more than putting on a robe and taking the bench.
It requires dedication, time, and continued learning.
